Q. Since Majestic Beach Resort is a rental resort, do we need to bring our own sheets, towels, pillows, or other linens?
A. No. There is a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pullout sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dishtowels for the kitchen.
Q. If we are just renting for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Yes! Majestic Beach Resort offers all of our guests the same room and property amenities—whether visiting for one night or for an entire season.
Q. What time is check-in/check-out at Majestic Beach Resort?
A. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be requested at the Front Desk and are based on availability. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.
Q. What is the front desk number or how do I get in touch with a guest at Majestic Beach Resort?

Q. How old do you have to be to rent a unit at Majestic Beach Resort?
A. At least one person must be 25 or older. We do make exceptions for married couples under the age of 25. Please contact reservations at 866.494.3364.
Q. What are the front desk hours of operation?
A. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Q. Are we able to check out early?
A. You may check out early, but we will not credit the remainder of your Panama City Beach vacation. There are no refunds once you have checked in.
Q. Do you offer airport pick up?
A. Majestic Beach Resort is pleased to offer shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee, based on availability. Please schedule 24 hours in advance. Please call 850.563.1000 to make arrangements.
Q. Do you offer daily maid service?
A. No. Guests are provided with towels and linens for their stay. Each unit has a washer/dryer and guests are more than welcome to launder their towels and linens. If your reservation is for only one night, a cleaning fee will be charged to your room. If your reservation is for more than one night, there are no cleaning fees.

However, if you would like to have daily maid service, please call the front desk at 850.563.1000. There are additional fees, depending on the number of bedrooms.
Note: Daily maid service may be included in group meeting blocks.
Q. Do we have to pay to use the Fitness Center?
A. No. It is included as a service during your stay at Majestic Beach Resort.
Q. Do you provide beach chairs?
A. Yes, but there is an additional cost.
Q. Do you provide beach towels?
A. No.
Q. Does the room have a hair dryer?
A. Yes.
Q. What if I left something behind in my room at the Majestic Beach Resort?
A. Call 850.563.1000 and ask for Lost and Found.
Q. Does Majestic Beach Resort allow pets in the rooms?
A. Majestic Beach Resort Suites are privately owned properties, and therefore we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms, with the exception of guide dogs.
Q. Do you have high-speed Internet?
A. Yes. Guests can access wireless Internet at most locations on the property.
Q. Are there grills on the property?
A. No, there are no grilling facilities on property. Also, guests are prohibited from grilling in their accommodations.
Q. Can I bring coolers to the pool?
A. No, but you may bring them to the beach. However, glass containers are not allowed on the beach.
Q. What is the refund policy for hurricanes?
A. If there is a mandatory evacuation for the resort area by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center, your money will be refunded.
