Steve Bailey, Director of Group Sales
Steve is a native of Panama City Beach Florida. Spent all of his life in the Hospitality Industry. Steve is a 97' graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Psychology. Prior hospitality locations to include Jackson, MS and Birmingham, AL. Steve has been in Sales and Marketing for over 9 years and currently oversees all group sales aspects in addition to the Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee Association markets. Kerri Maney, Catering Sales Manager
Kerri joined Edgewater Beach Resort sales team with 6 years in the hospitality service industry, including completing the Corporate Management Training Program with Hyatt Hotels. Prior to Edgewater Beach Resort, Kerri worked as a Sales Manager for the Park Hyatt Carmel, California, the Individual Business Travel Sales Manager for Adam's Mark Hotel in Orlando Florida, and as a Management Trainee at Hyatt Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

Rochelle Araiza, Sales Manager
Originally from Kansas, Rochelle has been in the Hotel/ Resort industry for over 14years. She and her husband relocated to Panama City Beach, Florida in 2006, she is currently a Sales Manager at Edgewater. Over the years Rochelle has held various positions including Banquet Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Catering/ Conference Services, and Director of Sales. Mark Farner, Sr. Convention Services Manager
Originally from central Pennsylvania, Mark came to Panama City Beach, Florida in 2000 to be the Director of Audio Visual at Edgewater. Since 2000 Mark has held various positions at the resort including Setup Manager, Banquet Manager and Director of Banquet Operations. Tracy Heitzig, Corporate Sales Manager
Tracy joined the Edgewater Beach Resort sales team 5 years ago with over 15 years of hotel management experience. She relocated to Panama City Beach after living in the Turks & Caicos Islands for over 8 years. Her hotel experience runs the spectrum of Public Relations, Marketing and Sales Manager to Director of Operations for a Caribbean resort. Debra A. Abrams, Director of Convention Services
Educated in New York City, Debra has been in the hospitality industry since her college studies of architecture; where she later decided the hospitality industry. Prior to leaving New York City, Debra worked as Sous Chef in two locations Stanford, Connecticut & Manhattan under the Sheraton Flag.
Debra cross trained in Restaurant Service as well as Banquet Service, following the natural progression to Convention Services. Debra worked for Interstate Hotel Corporation for 10 years in Orlando & Miami before moving to Panama City Beach in 2000. Berna-Liza Barrera, Executive Meeting Manager
Berna-Liza Barrera offers over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry to her clients for Edgewater Beach Resort. Her experience in the industry started with for the highly acclaimed Starwood Resort and Hotels in the Wine Country of Santa Rosa, California. Berna-Liza joined Edgewater Beach Resort in May of 1998. Berna-Liza has been an integral part of Edgewater Beach Resort's sales and marketing team serving tenure as a Group Billing Manager, Group Reservations Manager and currently the Executive Meeting Manager.
